Privacy Policy

Agentic Force ("we", "us") operates agenticforce.tech, an AI agent platform ("the Service"). This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can revoke access at any time.

1. Who this applies to

The Service is operated for a defined set of authorized users, each with their own password-protected account in our console. It is not a public sign-up product.

2. Data we access

Depending on which integrations you connect, the Service may access:

• Google Workspace (via Google OAuth, only after you explicitly grant consent): Gmail (read/send/modify), Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic Google Contacts information — used only to carry out the specific actions you ask your AI agent to perform (e.g. "summarize my unread emails", "schedule a meeting", "create a document").
• Third-party business tools you choose to connect (e.g. Notion, Linear, Airtable, Odoo) via an API key you provide.
• Messaging platforms you connect (e.g. Telegram) to chat with your agents.
• Conversation history and files you upload to the console, so your agent can maintain context across a session.

3. How we use your data

Data is used solely to fulfill the actions you request through your AI agents. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. Where a request requires sending content to an AI language model to generate a response, only the minimum data needed for that specific request is included.

Google Limited Use disclosure: Agentic Force's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored on infrastructure we operate directly (not shared with third-party data brokers). OAuth tokens and connector credentials are stored server-side, are never exposed in the browser, and are only readable by the authenticated account owner through the console.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can remove access at any time:

• In the console: open the connector and press "Салгах" (Disconnect) — this deletes the stored token immediately.
• Directly with Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove access for "agenticforce.tech".

Conversation history is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and can be cleared from the console.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service (e.g. the AI model provider that generates a response, and the connectors you personally choose to enable).

7. Security

Access to the console requires an authenticated, password-protected account. Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to the client.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
