Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of agenticforce.tech ("the Service"), an AI agent platform. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets authorized users configure and chat with AI agents that can, with your explicit consent, take actions on your behalf using connected tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Telegram, Notion, Odoo).
2. Accounts & access
Access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your console credentials confidential and for actions taken through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or misuse connected third-party accounts or APIs (including Google's).
4. Connected third-party services
When you connect a third-party service (Google, Telegram, Notion, etc.), that provider's own terms also apply. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the console.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated output may be inaccurate — review important actions (e.g. sent emails, calendar changes) before relying on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
